ROUND ONE

Hey all, it's your girl, Camille, back as Cass for some redemption. My time was cut too short in Paradise, so here's to hoping that I make a better impression here in the warehouse. Obviously, there's not much to talk about at this point, so I'm just going to make a list of potential challenges that I'm going to be hyperaware of as I go into the early stages of this game.


Challenge 1: My character is 45, and my model is fkn 26, so like, I don't know how to make Cass look like a badass 45 year old.


Challenge 2: To add to that, in my intro, I made Cass sound like a hard ass. I am the OPPOSITE of a hard ass, so there's that.


Challenge 3: I'm going to get people confused so easily. Like who's a Hell's Angel and who's not? I'm going to fkn nominate the wrong people.


That's as far as I've gotten so probably more to come later okay bye.

Well, Command sure fucked that one up. I don't think anyone coordinated anything at all, so most of us ended up towards the bottom. Except Dion, but that's no surprise because literally everyone loves Dion. Everyone. He's going to be dangerous down the road, but I think I'm on his good side for now.

There are a few people that I feel like I'm really clicking with pretty early on. Like I just mentioned, Dion is certainly one of them. Unfortunately, I know that a lot of people are really clicking with Dion, so I'm afraid to put any sort of trust in him this early on because I know that he's making friends all over. Outside of Dion, I feel like I've really connected with Anastaysa and Flint. Both have told me that they will let me know if they hear anything in regards to me being in trouble this round. Oddly enough, I feel like Dion and Flint look pretty similar and I feel like Ana and I look pretty similar OMG MAYBE A TWIN ALLIANCE IN THE FUTURE IDK. Steffy has also reached out and we seemed to click pretty well. She offered to watch my back, and wants to build a solid alliance within Command. She mentioned pulling in Dion and Gabrielle, but we haven't moved forward with that plan yet, so we'll see what happens. 

Those are probably the people I feel I've clicked most with. I guess my second tier of connections would include JJ, Gabrielle, Jihee, Noemi, and Tatiana. I've been talking to Charley a little more too, and he has told me that I have nothing to worry about this round, which is comforting. The other people I haven't even spoken with yet. I'm hoping that some of the inactive Command get nominated (ie Bryce and Apollo), but I'm not really sure what to expect. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and work on making some solid social connections so that, hopefully, I can get pulled into a pretty solid alliance soon. We will see what happens!

The first round is just so difficult, in my opinion. It's so hard to find that balance between making yourself relevant but not pushing your limits and making yourself an overwhelming force. I also am a pretty firm believer that the people you connect with early on, you connect with for a reason. So, I'm here chomping at the bit wanting to propose alliances with a group of folks that I really like, but I'm having to hold back so I don't look like some strat bot threat. 

I think my strategy at this point is to really connect with a few people that I get along with and go from there. There are a few people (Ana, Dion, and Flint) that I already feel like I can trust, but I don't want to be too naive in that either. I want to make sure that I know where their heads are at before I form any sort of alliance, but I also don't want to be left out to dry.

Ana is increasingly becoming my favorite in this game. Everyone else is just so hard to talk to. I think that I could really build something solid with her to take deep into this game. Obviously we'll need the help of others to get us there, and I'm not sure who those people may be, but I like what we've got going on so far.

WELL, looks like we will be getting rid of the waste of space that is Bryce. Ana told me that Charley was pushing for Tatiana to go, because he thinks she'll come after him, but like, I will not stand for this worthless man that is Bryce to continue on in this game. Everyone else seems to be on the same page, so bye Bryce, I guess.

Since an inactive is going home, it's been a pretty uneventful round. It's basically been a lot of get to know you talk, which is the most miserable thing ever, but a necessary part of these games, obviously. I feel like I've worked to make some pretty solid connections. I feel really close to Ana, and I think Flint and I get along really well. 

Steffy also seems to really like me (?) and has proposed to work together. She was super excited that I said yes, and I was like, girl if I said no I'd be a fool. She wants to feel others out to see who we can rope into a group, and I'm just letting her do all the ground work for that. I'm being a little selfish and just ensuring that I have the connections that I need to get ME further, not me and Steffy. If she wants to put in the effort to get a group together, than I'm all for that, but if I lay low when it comes to forming some sort of group, then Steffy looks like the one who's playing the hardest, and I just look chill and end up in a group alliance, no harm no foul. 

Gabrielle also, out of the blue, asked me to work with her. Again, I can't say now, so I agreed to it. We also toyed around with the idea of getting a group together. Fortunately, she mentioned trying to rope Ana in, which I am obviously all about. Since it's Ana, I'll definitely be chatting about it with her as soon as she gets on. 

Dion and Jihee are the type of players that I DESPISE playing these games with. If this was like, real Big Brother, they'd be the obnoxious, loud ass characters that think they're besties with everyone but eventually just grate on everyone's nerves and become intolerable, but think they're massive social threats and that's why they get targeted. They think they're fkn hilarious in the group chat but are nearly impossible to hold a legitimate one on one conversation with, and everyone that I've semi talked strategy to have indicated that they think Jihee and Dion are trying to get in good with everyone, so I know I'm not alone in my assessment of them. Unfortunately, I bet they last for a while in this game, and they'll probably just continue to grate on my nerves. I recognize that this is different than how I felt about Dion earlier in this round, but when the only thing he says in a conversation is "same" and tries to be funny constantly, one's opinion is likely to change.

Other people that I generally enjoy are Noemi and JJ. I wouldn't say that I want to work with them at this point, I don't feel that I know enough about them, but they are both pleasant to talk to, which is important, and I could see myself working with them down the road. Tatiana is pretty funny, too, but also nearly impossible to hold a conversation with.

Charley, Apollo, Orson, and Kota are pretty difficult to hold conversations with, and Jordan and Zarine don't exist, so I have nothing to say about the rest of the cast. 

I'm just going to continue to play it safe moving forward, bonding with others as much as I can, really focusing on getting them to like me, and build on alliances and relationships that are going to further me in this game. I plan on playing this game a little selfish, because I'm hungry for a win.
